Show us what chemistry means to you!

The «Platform Chemistry» of the Swiss Academy of Sciences (SCNAT) is looking for the best chemistry picture 2017. Submit your pictures of chemistry, chemicals, laboratories, samples, etc. Is chemistry funny, beautiful, magic, astonishing, colorful or simply fun?

The "small print":
Rights: You must be the copyright holder of the submitted image(s).
By submitting, you grant SCNAT free use (with reference to the photographer of course) of your image(s) for print and online use.
Technical: Minimal resolution is 5MP (five megapixels). You can submit more than one picture.
Competition: A selection committee will rate all pictures and select the „best“ chemistry picture. The results will be published here in mid-October, winners will be notified by email.
Prizes: First prize is CHF 500.-, second prize is CHF 300.-, third prize is CHF 200.-, runner ups will receive copies of the book “Chemie mit Globi".
